Hi, everyone! My goal for the remainder of March, is to track (no matter what) everything I eat. I tend to stop tracking when I go over my calorie range, that only makes it worse for me.

Good point. Anything consumed should be tracked. Including snacks. I guess it works on 2 fronts. One you record everything. And two, maybe you won't eat it if you have to go to the bother of entering it on the Food Tracker.
