I count 8 oz as a glass. You could technically count the 20 oz. bottle as 2 1/2 glasses!

Hi everyone. I'm catching up from last week. I went away at the weekend and didn't do too well... emoticon
Here goes:
week one:
6th April: fruit/veg: 5 points
10 mins exercise: 5 pts
water 8: 5 pts
week two:
7th April: 4 fruit veg: 5 pts
9 water :5 pts
exercise 15 mins: 5 pts

8th April:

Then I went away....
