Hi, this one will be hard for me, ok with veg, no good with fruit and water and always nag 2 out of 3 kids for now drinking enough. time to practice what i preach!!! wish me luck!

Sounds good, I only eat about 3 portions of fruit and veg a day but I drink about 2 litres of water a day, so next time I feel myself reaching for the Chocolate, I'll eat an apple instead :)

I've done ok today - 10 glasses of water
had 5 portions of fruit/veg too
off to make my lunch for tomorrow now - will make sure there is 1-2 portions there

Well I shall try. I have already started to add more to my diet. I grew up avoiding anything that remotely looked like a vegetable. Maybe by the time I'm 60 or 70 I might start to like the stuff?

FYI I have read a recent report that suggests athletes, not elite athletes just your avarage everyday sports men and women, should now be eating 10 portions of fruit and veg a day... pass me the gromore someone... mmm lurverly.
