I am struggling just to keep up with tracking, especially on the weekends and when I'm off my schedule. I know it's critical! I need to just do it, right?!?

Hello Team!

Our 4 year SparkPeople anniversary is coming up soon! I thought now would be a good time to think about where we are and where we want to be. I know I've made a lot of progress but I can always do better.

For this challenge, lets think of 1 area of our health and fitness that we can improve, and set our own goal to meet by April 30th.

I need to do better with my calories so I can start to lose a little again. I am going to 1) track every day until April 30th 2) stay below my max range 6 out of 7 days per week.

What will your challenge be?
