that last paragraph says a lot.

I might of mentioned that my friend passed in 2015 because her diabetes was completely out of control.

Then they say it was God's will. Well, I do think she went home with the Lord, so she wouldn't suffer. I just was sad, that it had got to the point of no return.

I decided to read through the entire book. I have it on my Kindle so I read while I was walking on the treadmill and while waiting to get new tires for my car. It was something Joyce suggested. She said that way you know what is coming up next not that you try doing all the chapters at one time but to have an overview of the book. It was a very easy book to read.

I wanted to share the last paragraph of the book.

"I am responsible for my own life. No one can take charge of it for me. I f I am unhappy or unhealthy, I know I have the power to change that. I have all the help and knowledge I need, and with God's hand today I start becoming the person of excellence I have always known I could be."
