OK, I'm late, but I'm a member, and I'd like to participate.. I'd like to challenge myself to do 250 crunches this week. Even though it's wednesday, I can do it! I already did 30 yesterday. I'll do 65 per day between today and Saturday!
The second part of the challenge. taking care of our skin. Does that mean water, moisturizer, spf, etc?
