I completed 60 pelvic tilts last week. I was planning on doing 80 this week. But I haven't been able to make it to the gym. I am going to try and go tomorrow evening and get in atleast 40. But tomorrow is my only evening without anything to do. And I have to tell you it would be VERY nice to be able to just sit at home and do nothing. OH and I have family coming in town this weekend. I just need a BREAK!!!!

Well I havent done any crunches since friday but Im still in HOPE everyone else is ARE you? OK, I'm late, but I'm a member, and I'd like to participate.. I'd like to challenge myself to do 250 crunches this week. Even though it's wednesday, I can do it! I already did 30 yesterday. I'll do 65 per day between today and Saturday!

The second part of the challenge. taking care of our skin. Does that mean water, moisturizer, spf, etc?

I surprised myself by completing 100 crunches today! I did a bunch of different combos to work all of the parts of my stomach, and I know I'll be hurting tomorrow...but in a GOOD way! Thanks for the motivation emoticon

that's a gret challenge, but have a question - can I use my ab lounge machine? You still do crunches but not on the floor. I have neck & back problems, so that's why I bought it.

Unfortunately because of a back injury i cant participate in this one, but a little hint- if your having trouble with your water intake as well as your skin try crystal light skin essentials - it is cherry pomegranite flavor its pretty good and has done a great job with my skin as well as my 2 year old who had exzema really bad- it makes her skin not so dry and itchy and it tastes good so your water is easier to get in which also helps your skin!

I plan on setting a goal of 100 crunches per week! I just started back at the gym, and although I am pretty much at my goal weight (thanks to SparkPeople's food journal and nutrition tips!) I'd like to tone up for the Summer. Great idea on the challenges and prizes...it keeps me motivated! =)

I've reduce my coffee intake to one cup a day and cut out alcohol and have been drinking at least one cup of green tea a day. emoticon

Since I am PG I will not be able to do crunches. But I can do pelvic tilts instead. I plan on starting off with 30 pelvic tilts a week. I will however be doing with I can to have healthier skin.

Summer is almost here. In some states it may seem like it's already here. For the month of May we will start a new challenge.

First part of the challenge is a crunches challenge. All you need to do is set a goal to how many crunches you will do a week. After the first week you need to up that number.

Second part of the challenge is to have better skin by keep it nourished and rejuvenated from the inside out! Check out the article to see what you can do to have healthier skin.
