I've worked my way up to 20K two times a week. Getting in my steps with some swimming and biking is what I do for workouts.

Bowling is my thing mostly every day of the week. Bowl up to 9 strings a day so it's a lot of balls -lol. Move every part of my body and it's a strength exercise as well for my arm and hand which is therapy for me

Yesterday I spread out the workout over the full day. We cut down 2 trees, and split them up for our winter firewood.
I call that a domestic workout. We will have to fit in about 20 more of these before the summer is over.

today I'm hiking Bald Mountain with my husband. I've been averaging 13K steps a day, and I feel good. I hope to add biking to my workout plans on Tuesday!

Today I did 23 minutes on the treadmill then 13 on the elliptical followed by stretching. And that doesn't count all the walks with our dog!

Today I tried out a new cardio video (new to me) from The Body Project. It was hard work but low impact so I think I'll make it my every other day workout for this month. Did a 7 minutes Fitness Blender warm-up and the Ageless stretch I usually do.

Did Nadine's 10 minute warm-up video and HAS Fit Whole Body Workout for Seniors yesterday and today did Jane Fonda's walk and a 5 minute HAS Fit warm up that was pretty aerobic (I'm don't think it was meant for seniors).
