Thanks for sharing. My triggers definitely include boredom, I eat more when I do not keep myself busy, anxiousness, and seeking sensual pleasure from the taste of food, then eating in excess instead of eating slowly and savoring the flavor of food.

My triggers are
1- boredom (in the evening mainly)
2- hunger (I wait too long to eat, then will eat anything, especially if it's sweet)
3-stress (I quit smoking 2 years ago, and "replaced" nicotin with chocolate. Much healthier at first, but time to wean myself off)

My plan is
1- have a water bottle with me at all times to substitute (boredom or stress)
2-plan meals ahead and use my crockpot more often
