WELL I THOUGHT TO START A JOURNAL OF THE MONTH STARTING ON 9/30/15
I DECIDED TO ASK MYSELF THESE 6 QUESTIONS EVERYDAY.

1) time of craving:
2) how often:
3) how much sugar & what kind did i eat:
4) did you gave in to your craving today & why? :
5) how are you feeling when you want sweets:
6) what are my triggers:

Maybe this can help me to take control of my cravings !

Hello my name is Diane and i am here for support with my Diabetes & weight loss and need to lose 180 pounds. I have tried to lose before and have failed. But this time its life or death. I need all the help and support i can get! Thank You for you help and Support....Diane

UPDATE! I had gastric sleeve surgery on November 20th 2014 and have lost 50 pounds and still loseing!
