I am currently doing the 28 day sparkpeople challenge so I will bow out of this challenge and prob pick up on the next one emoticon

But I do love a good push up!!! Before I got pregnant and gained about 40 lbs and lost some of my upper body strength I would do about 50 or 60 a day along with my sit-ups. Ladies-I believe pushups were made for us because it will do wonders for your core, shoulders, back, and chest!!!!! I loved them!!!! That is my goal by end of the 28 day challenge-to be able to do military pushups again.

Good luck everyone and enjoy the transformation and strenght that will come from them!!!

Good advice from everyone! Another thing is that if you do have trouble with your wrists try the wall pushups. I had to start with those and work my way up to modified.

Hello everyone,
So for this challenge you might want to try planing on doing 85 a day 15 at a time as to not over load your selves. Well I would suggest that to the people that have never done a mini challenge before. Breaking up big numbers in to little ones has always helped me out.

I'll try it. Never done pushups because my wrists hurt.

I think 100 a day are too much unless I devide it into three or four sessions.
