This is a good reminder .

What tricks do you incorporate into your new lifestyle?

For me...I am now eating or drinking something every three hours for the most part. I find by doing this, I am never hungry and my energy levels seem better. If I go too long without eating something and let myself get hungry...I tend to eat faster and more at the meal.

I am also making sure I drink water before and during a meal or snack.
