Kind of late on posting this one as I did not have my computer.

My goal for this week...is too once again tackle the problem of not eating every meal at the table and eating too fast or on the run.

I REALLY need to sit down, eat slowly, and enjoy the meal without any distractions. I will edit my results each day on this thread.

Mar 4...nope...
Mar 5....off track with the start of a late day but did eat lunch and supper at table.
Mar 6...three meals at table. Snacks at my computer.
Mar 7th. total success by eating all three meals AND snacks at the dining room table. :)
