I had to work off some of the stress from the afternoon. Boy, did I sleep good.
Knocked out 4.75 miles yesterday.

Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the keyboard! 8 miles? 4 miles would be pushing it for me yet.

I did not make it outside for my walk and did not get on the treadmill today. I can't use the treadmill now because it is in my s-daughters room. My betterhalf and I spent the day working on the remodel and then I spent this evening cleaning up a coat of white sheetrock dust that covered everything , even under the sheets on the furniture.

I will count this as my off day since my goal is five days a week for walking.

I logged over 8 miles yesterday so today is a semi-rest day. Dropping back to 4 miles.

It is decent enough out there today that I think I will be able to get a walk in outside! If not...my goal is 25 minutes on the treadmill. :)

I have managed to log over 4 miles a day. Maybe with the warmer weather, I could reach 5 miles today.

Even on clear days it is just too cold for me anymore.

On the 21-21 min . the 22 was 22 min. Today, in keeping with my goal I will walk 23 min on the 23rd. :) On the treadmill of course. LOL

I really prefer walking outside also but the wussy in me prefers my treadmill in the Winter months. I am going to use it again today.

Good goal Marsha. I hope the weather cooperates for you. I use to walk in our school gym when it got nasty. Or, I would Mall walk if I could drive to town.

emoticon My mini goal for this week is to get in some exercise every day. I will come back each day and share what I did. I am starting out slow to rebuild my strength and endurance. It has been a year since doing structured exercises that challenge my muscles and cardio.
