Great idea! I've lost my 10% several months ago and then really halted....then of course I made bad decisions (more buffets, more desserts) but thanks to exercise and clearly changing a lot of bad habits, I've maintained. Really been watching my calories and exercising even more!

Since January, I only write down weight loss in 5 lb increments. That way, day to day fluctuations in my weight don't become a buzz kill!

Hoping for 15% soon!

Should have moved to the 15% challenge a week or so ago but was eating badly and thought I had gained. My scale surprised me when I finally got on it.
