I weighed in at 269.6 this week. I lost about a pound this week and I'm happy to see the 260s. That also puts me at 10% of my body weight. I've been sick this week and didn't exercise as much. My goal for the week is to step up my exercise.

4/28/14: 176.5 (Boston and back, 6 1/2 pounds in barely 5 days. Ouch.)
5/5/14: 170.5 (lost 6 of the 6 1/2 I gained; hoping to get solidly back in the 160s next week)
5/12/14: 169.5 (kinda pissed about this actually, although a 1-pound loss is still a loss, and this does put me back in the 160s, if barely, and puts me back at a 7% weight loss since the start of this challenge)
5/19/14: 169 (considering I ate a huge Mexican dinner and drank a late-night cocoa spiked with marshmallow and buttershots, I can't be pissed about a 1/2 pound loss)
5/26/14: 166. Changed up my exercise routine, added some strength and toning and made the cardio a bit more intense...also had 2 high-calorie days this week, so hoping if I can eliminate those, next week will be as good or even better emoticon
6/2/14: 167. I have my period, that's my excuse and sorry for the TMI. Otherwise I'd be pretty pissed. Otherwise I am pretty pissed. Next week better be better or I may just chuck it all and dive into an extra-large cheeseburger sub with bacon chili cheese fries and ranch dressing, complete with my extra-extra-large pants. That's actually sounding REALLY good right now as I wait for my chicken and cup of broccoli and bell pepper to be done cooking.
6/9/14: 172.5. Went completely off the rails and don't even feel like getting back on yet, but I know I have to...so I'll just have to fake it for a while, and hopefully I can take this water weight off with a big number next week...stay tuned.
6/16/14: 166. Not too bad, I've seen lower but not too bad...this puts me at somewhere in the 9% range, and after last week's utter breakdown this is a nice rebound of 6.5 lost (after 5.5 gained last week, so this is really only a net pound lost, but still, I'll take it).
6/23/14: 165.5. Solidly 9%. Had a bad day on Saturday, so I can't be upset about a 1/2 pound loss. I'm flying next Thurs (7/3) for a wedding in OH, then on to Boston for final medical testing in advance of major surgery...I'd really like to hit the 10% level before then, so we'll see what we can do...

Oof. That's all I have to say about this journey. Up and down and all around the town. I'm having surgery on July 15, I really want to be at about 160 for that (or for my weigh-in during my final round of testing on July 7 at least)...seems like it should be doable, but the way I've been yo-yoing it seems more like an impossible dream emoticon

Congratulations Paqteq for making it to 10%. Keep it up.

I lost 1.6 pounds this week which puts me at 275.2. I was hoping for a little more but after my big loss last week I had a feeling I wouldn't lose as much this week.

I'm as always energitic..hurray..Had a good breakfast..i'm not a gud one, i mostly have a brunch but after joining sp, i made it a point to do this first thing so to keep me away from coffee shop and snacks bar...one goal two things avoided.. so i had rice and 2 cup brocollo+ caroots cooked.. sipped asome hot water... ready for this day..Let's go.. we can do this...

i'm aiming for my 10 % which is 2.5 pnds lost - my current weight being 234
