It will go based on what your weight is on Monday. BUT say you are still 203, you would need to lose 10.15 pounds. Which would take you down to 192.85 pounds :) There is no time limit on the challenge. It can be done in your own time! Hope you join!

There were a lot of concerns about having a regular Biggest Loser Challenge. So I decided to make this more about challenging yourself than competing against others!

This challenge will begin on MONDAY 1/13/14!! So be sure to log in your starting weight on Monday! And weigh-ins will be held every Monday.

If you didn't get to start at the beginning of this challenge, that is A-OKAY! You may join on ANY Monday! This is about challenging YOURSELF!
