it will pass, we all go thru these ups and downs. what i suggest is to pre plan your meals and have them ready on sunday. make several chicken breast then make meals. chicken salad, tacos, bbq chicken etc so all you have to do is warm them up. hang in there

We all have bad days. I do squats while doing dishes lol. Grapevines while cooking. I also realized that if I work out then I better watch what I eat. I don't want to undo all the work I just did. I know you can do this. Just realize we all have bad days. Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start.

I'm a single mom too and I get it, I really do. What works for me is to plan, plan, plan - plan out my food for the next day (sometimes I can't think ahead a week at a time). If I am eating as I should I am more motivated to get my workout in. And I try to get in small (like half hour) bouts of exercise in first thing in the morning. I really like Jillian Michaels' videos for that, and there are lots of other free ones on You Tube that I stream through my tv. If I have the day off, I walk to the park with my kids or take a hike and just make exercise part of the mix.
I'm glad you're feeling better - and I am really glad you posted to say so - please keep doing what you're doing and keep on checking in. Being part of a team can be a huge motivation!

Thank you everyone, I have an insanely active job, lifting and walking all day. I know I wont give up, I hope in the coming months I don't give up.... Sometimes its just so overwhelming. I feel better today

I know I haven't been on here much for 2 weeks but I understand your struggle and then NEED to vent 2Broken4U. Everyone needs that place or person to vent to and that's y we're here, go ahead and vent to us but please whatever u do DON'T GIVE UP! I'm sure you heard that u need to take a time out and that is true, however it's a struggle I know but you're worth it. You can get some exercise in during your day Example: showers are good to get your stretches and standing AB crunches in and while you're brushing your teeth do some squats and side bends. Those little additives go a long way for busy single moms like us. I hope this helps please DON"T GIVE UP!!

Keep moving. Something is better than nothing. I like Leslie Sansone. Her walks are only 15 min for 1 mile. Keep up the good work, DO NOT GIVE UP. We are all here with you. WE can do it together. Keep posting. I will look forward to hear how you are doing.

Week 3 and I am struggling. Possibly just tonight, I have a lot of emotions going on right now, I've been working lots of hours leaving the house at 6am not coming home till 7pm. Having to cook and find time to work out. I'm frustrated, I'm binge eating, I've come to far to stop now but part of me says why bother.
Anyways I just need to vent, and ask for a little encouragement.
Any suggestions form busy single moms out there?
