Hi,

Haven't been able to log on every day, so thought I would update how my weeks 2-3 have been.

Week 2
D1 walked over 10000 steps (cars broken!)
D2 pure cardio and 9000 steps
D3 plyometric cardio circuit and 9000 steps
D4 cardio recovery (weekend so no commute)
D5 cardio power and resistance
D6 no insanity just 7300 steps
D7 pure cardio and cardio abs and 6300 steps

Week 3
D1 no insanity as long day at work 12 hr shift/ 7000 steps
D2 pure cardio and cardio abs
D3 long day at work again 7000 steps
D4 plyometric cardio circuit
D5 cardio resistance and power
D6 no insanity 7000 steps
D7 plyometric cardio circuit (today)

I know this isn't sticking to the insanity schedule or the jump start challenge 100%, but finding it extremely difficult to work out on days when I have 12hr shifts at work 😔

On a more positive note- it's my birthday next week and I've managed to squeeze into a pre pregnancy dress without it exploding at the seams! Yeay!! So although I'm not losing lots of weight, I can definitely see the difference in tone. Now I just need to work on nutrition, as had takeaway on weekend and last night (pizza)..... Sigh.
