week 3 day 1. Well I am sticking to my exercising and having fun with it. Could be doing better with my eating habits but I am keeping track of it all and keeping under my required calories. I have already bumped up my work outs from once a day to twice a day. Mornings I do walk off the pounds 1 mile and at night I do the 2 mile. It works for me. Well I wish you all the best of luck and having fun.

Went for a jog this morning. 4 miles. Finished two minutes faster than last week. Doing my video later this afternoon.

week 3 day 1 weight today 196.8. gained 1 pound
Not eating as well as I should so what exercise I am getting is not helping.

I think this will be my hardest week. I have noticed that after I do a video I get very sleepy. Since I'll be adding in another video I think I will have to do them back to back. I will do a small break between them, do some stretching/yoga. I really suck at making sure I have my daily dose of fruits and veggies. This is when I really need to write out my meals ahead of time. I'm going to try my best this week. emoticon

I'm on the last day of week 3 today and am just about to do Coach Nicole's exercise video for the day. I find it hard to make the time to do them every day, but I've managed it so far and am enjoying them.

Day 17 - Increased intensity today by doing Turbo Jam. Then ended my workout by performing pilates legs twice. Now on with the rest of my day.

Day 6 of Week 3. Since this is Sunday and I'm a football fan I'm going to do some of Coach Nicole's cardio routines during the pregame shows and at halftimes. At commercial breaks I'll be doing lower body and core exercises. emoticon

Today is day 1 of week 3 for me... or DAY 15! Woot! At the beginning of the week, I compose an email with my schedule (what I need to do each day) and the links to the videos- I find that MUCH easier to keep track. I'm really happy that I'm still in this; the original days 1&2 videos really hurt my knee, and I had to replace them. This week should go much better for me! I'm really glad that today is an 'easy' day... the flu has hit my kids. I'm still keeping up with this, though!

Was behind on my daily videos, but just caught up on them, Tomorrow is day 4 of week 3. Was doing walking for cardio, but lately have been doing a lot of painting (walls, with a brush), so have used that for my cardio! Feeling better overall, so it's working! keep on keeping on all!

Just completed week 3. I added interval training to my morning cardio - 6 bursts within the first 30 minutes. Getting in the 5 servings of veggies and fruit was already part of my routine, its getting the 5 servings of junk food out that I am working on.

Week 3 Day #3! Yay!
Completed my workout 71 minutes of Cardio this morning! This afternoon I did Coach Nicole Video and I'm just working hard and staying focused! emoticon
I am just really proud of myself that I am still here doing this Challenge and that I haven't quit! This is really a new way for me because before I wouldn't be able to stay on track and I am just glad I am still going for it!

I feel like I'm in a routine for the first time since starting spark. I do yoga every night before i go to bed and it is amazing how relaxed i feel and how easy it is for me to fall asleep. i haven't lost a lot of weight with this challenge, but i have lost inches and finding a routine means more to me than losing weight. i have also realized its not the weight, but how good i feel after i work out.

wasn't too keen to step up my exercise at the start of the week but am so glad now that I have! Scheduling to do exercise 5 days a week is also very acheivable. And it feels good not to feel guilty if I miss a day due to other commitments because I know I will be able to make it up. I'm also enjoying doing one of the 10 minute videos each day before work. I think I will try to keep that up after the challenge is over!

Started my week 3 with being sick for 3 days, trying to play catch up over the weekend. I was upset about missing 3 days, I was doing so good. Oh well I will be working hard over the weekend and I will catch back up and be back on track by Monday.
Hope everyone is doing good with the Challenge. I have loved that is has given me the push I needed to get into a exercise routine.

Day 16 - Workout done for the day. I did a 60 min walk and chair arms video twice than I did my youtube ab video. I really had to talk myself into completing the workout and the ab work was killing me. But it is done. I can check it off as complete and move on with my day.

I am enjoying the workouts and the food suggestions! These are a huge help! I am not seeing the weight come off as fast as i would like but i know that slow and steady is best. I also need to find more time to track my food more consistently. Thanks Spark!!

Week 3 day 7 Here at the end of week 3 I feel like I am getting in the groove. I do the fitness toning video first thing, then add cardio in 3 ten minute sessions either by a short cardio video or a short walk. I have learned the cardio videos get my heart going better than a walk. Even if I can't do everything Coach is doing, I keep doing what I can do. Great week. emoticon

Day 16! It has gone by kinda fast to start. Exercising in the morning is worrisome, because it means getting up pretty early to get it in before I have to leave for work. Made it so far, but had bad weather last week and didn't have to go in several days. How will I do with a full week, wait, Monday is also a holiday. I just have to make it 4 workdays this week! I can do it!
Not happy with the scales. All this extra time and effort, I want to see some results and I'm not People tell me I'm gaining muscle, but that doesn't make it better. I've worked for weight loss and want some after 16 days!

This has been a very good week of activity and food. I did lose a little bit of weight but the overall I feel stronger and more energetic with the consistent activity trend.
