Week 2 Day #7! emoticon I made it through the 2nd week! emoticon
Well I worked out today went to my Exercise Class and that class lasted for 60 minutes! Than earlier tonight I finished Coach Nicole Video and tonight I'm just going to keep drinking my 64 oz of Water and just continue to eat healthy! I'm soo proud of myself that I have made it through the 2nd Week! I'm just so glad I am staying consistent and totally committed! emoticon
On to Week #3! Yay!

Week 2 Day 4 did 36 min. on treadmill for 1.75 miles, 12 min seated core video, bonus video I chose is 5 min beginner workout with ball for abs. I just got a stability ball and want to learn how to use it right I really need to work my abs or lack their of abs emoticon I need to find them feeling really good and proud of myself emoticon Sparkpeople this challenge is just what I needed emoticon

At the end of week 2 - challenging due to unplanned events (funeral) so a little behind, but still hanging in there. I know I will get caught up in the next day or so. Just proud of myself for not giving up.

Day 13 - Today was such a beautiful day I increases my walk by 10 min. I ended up doing a 60 min walk and the upper body sculpt with chair twice. Only one more day in week two for me and I am feeling positive and strong.

Continuing with my video and doing better with my cardio this week. Sure wish I didn't have so much trouble get video to play without stops. They do work better on You tube, which takes more time to then go back and log the video.

K...I admit that I have a tendency to do these daily vid's actually evry OTHER day...therefore, needing to do 2 at a time. Today I am a bit further behind and did 3 vid's. I always make up the days that are missed. Wish I could make myself do these at daily intervals. I am continuing to work on that.

I am on week 2 day 7! i chose the Bollywood burn video on the site as my extra new try video. I didnt' really enjoy it as much as I thought I might. I probably should have done a yoga one, since i've been wanting to do yoga lately. But I was trying something new!


So today I will do my 28-day bootcamp video for day 14 and my day 7 for the challenge! It was a nice day, and I should have gone for a good walk but I slacked this morning and the sun is starting to go down now.

I've made my own personal 30x30 challenge!! As of today, I'm 16 Days stronger/healthier/happier! Just did the "Weight Loss: Cardio Sculpt" -- it kicked my A$$!!! Good burn, though!

I'' be doing the 6 minute butt-blasting video during my lunch today. I've been trying to get in more exercise during the day, and this video seems perfect! I had to print it out, though, because video streaming at my work is unreliable. Plus, since I work in a school, I'm never sure if a website will be blocked. But I'm excited to try something new at my lunch time!

Ok, so I did the week 4 core chair workout twice, and twenty minutes on my bike, but I ramped up the intensity. I've been trying to burn 300 calories a day. I've logged all my food, and even have calories left over for a glass of wine. Happy days emoticon

hi STARSTOMOON,
I warm up by doing some marching in place for 2 minutes and then do some stretching. Try to start with some easy stretches that are not too hard for you, you don't wanna stretch til you are feeling discomfort. I usually do these stretches when I have sore abs..
Cow pose & Cat pose:
Get on your hands & knees and then pull in your stomach & arch your back towards the ceiling while leaving your head down.
Then basically do the opposite of the last stretch but with your belly towards the floor and your head back.
Another I like is lie on the floor as if starting a push-up then push your upper body up but your hips & legs are still on the floor. I'm not sure what the name of this one is.
Also, stretch in the shower. The warm water loosens your muscles & can feel great when sore. I stand tall and reach over my head, hold for a few seconds, put my arms down and repeat a few times.

I did finally get my email, at the end of the next day, and Today (tech. yesterday) my 9th day, i opted to do my extra video, between that the day 6 video, i had to ice everything down afterward. I was sore at every joint. and I heard my shoulder click with every movement with weights, so i finished that video weightless. tomorrow is my pool day, so i get to stretch in water. I should be good to go afterward.

I started week 3 today but didn't see the extra video for last week so I did the bollywood one tonight fun.
Question Each time I did the 15 minute stomach routine I am so sore for the next couple of days. What can I do for the muscle pain? That what is always interrupts any exercise plan I have. I am pushing through but it almost makes me feel sick when my stomach muscles hurt. And I am just not good with the muscle pain from exercise. I have certain pain conditions as it is so any advice will be helpful I don't want to give up this time,

Did Banish Fat boost Metabolism by Jillian michaels. Whew it kicked me for sure. Nice change up though. It was 50 min

W2D5 Yesterday I did the video Biggest Loser Cardio Blast to shake things up. I am so stiff today it was hard to get motivated. This evening I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and felt better.

W2D3 - Climbed LOTS of steps at work today, and some of it was on purpose because I knew I wouldnt have much walking time today. I've decided to do 2 videos a day. Today I did the chair cardio- It was fun and a little more challenging than I thought it would be. I also did the arm sculpting video.

Its kind of fun to do the impossible

Week 2 day 3 and the weight is just melting off! Doing a great job tracking my food the past 2 days, did the bootcamp video twice today. Added my bonus video--the 7-minute belly bast video (my favorite abs workout that I haven't revisited since my first bootcamp 2 years ago)-- and 30 minutes of sprint intervals on the treadmill. WooHoo!

Wow hard to believe it is already week 2! Took only one day off from a heavy workout and just did a Slim and Limber video .. mainly just to stretch and chill out!! Love using these video's for this challenge along with my slim in 6 program .. I feel I am actually being accountable :)

So great to see everyone doing so well! You are all wonderful motivators! Keep up the good work! :)

I'm opting out of the challenge - it has been an eye opener though. I'll be working on my own program using the exercise demands as a goal. I have been looking at why haven't kept up, and it was a rude awakening that I'm grateful for. The complicating factor is that I have been leaving my computer at the office and I haven't had access for the challenge. Furthermore, my schedule makes the computer check ins more of a hassle, so, I'm taking what I learned and like today, making sure I get in a walk or something.

It's a great challenge, but I'm opting out of the data collection. I'm not opting out of my fitness nor my responsibility to exercise.

Did my morning Workout of 52 minutes of Aerobics also did Coach Nicole Video this afternoon and also did Bollywood Video for one of my Bonuses for this week! Yay! I'm working hard but in all honesty that Bollywood Video still kills me with all the jumping but I made it to the end so that's all that counts! emoticon
So tonight for dinner I'm gonna have a small steak with fried Cabbage and some cut up apples on the side! Almost done drinking all my water so I'm doing very well!
Omg soo excited tomorrow's Day #7 and than 2 Weeks will be done oh yeah I'm doing it soo proud of me!

I am so glad there are SP videos. It is too cold to walk. And with my crazy schedule, little time for gym. So with the videos and my weights, I am managing to stay consistent with my exercise and do this challenge.

I did everything I was supposed to this week and even did 20 min more of cardio.

I added doing 20 jumping jacks and 20 ball crunches every hour on the hour from 9am - 4pm. I set my phone alarm to go off ery hour and so I get my exercise and a stretch in every hour. I sit at my computer a lot so that helps me stay energized.

Week 2, day 3 ~ I worked out this morning for the first time ever! It was refreshing! Granted, it wasn't much....just the 12 Minute Seated Core Workout....but I feel a though it gave me an EXTRA boost! After work I'll complete today's video and probably hit the treadmill.

My replacement pedometer arrived....YEAH....but I haven't been able to walk as much as I would like. We are under an Ice Storm warning and have about 10 people out of the office....I've been pretty much glued to my chair. The bright side....I can at least TRACK my steps again!

I am very tired today. I don't feel like doing anything today. I have to do my exercises anyway. I also need to plan what I am going to eat today.

Week 2 completed (Monday) -- I like cycling through the videos each week -- you see how they get easier (or you get in better shape). I took a break from my normal caisthenics on the weekend. A bit of recovery.

This weeks focus is to get 10 min of cardio in most days plus the videos. Weekends I'll spend a little more time with cardio. Today I purposely went to work late so that I could get a good workout in because I knew once evening came I would not have the energy to do so. So this week so far, I'm plugging alone - keeping my goals in front of me. Prepped a few meals for the week last sunday - less to worry about during the week. Making sure to get my water in and freggies. This week is off to a great start! In addition to SP videos, I found some great videos on youtube!
