Week 2 Day #2! Whoo hoo!
This morning I did 51 minutes of Aerobics! This afternoon I did Coach Nicole Video and another bonus Video which was 5 minute Beginner Ab Ball Workout! So my 2 Bonus Videos are now done for this week! emoticon
I am a little tight especially in my legs and abs but I think that is normal because I'm working soo hard well at least I hope that's the case! Well just going to relax tonight and put my legs up and watch a good movie with some carrot sticks and rice cakes! I'm also especially tired today but I guess that's also normal too!
Well everyone emoticon hard! emoticon ! emoticon

I have actually exercised 10 days in a row even if it was just the short daily video and no cardio. Last night was a bit of a challenge because after my afternoon of singing at a nursing home with a group I belong to and then donating blood, I was a bit fatigued and pretty much falling asleep. I chose to do the 12 minute seated cardio for a switch (as much as I could) and then the Day 2 video on lower body sculpting (do I need that one!). Today was my best exercise effort yet since I decided to walk to the dentist's office (about 15 minutes), over to my hair stylists who is less than five minutes from the dentist's office and then home about another 16 minutes. About a third of the route home is uphill so according to my monitor I burned over 225 calories with my trip to the dentist's office! The walk home was also in the rain but fortunately I had my umbrella. Have now completed Day 3 video and also added the 7 minute belly blaster video as my extra, After all that I actually realized that the freezing is gone in my mouth and I can now drink my water without dribbling!

I will try to loose 5 more pounds at the end of week 2 ( January 14, 2013 Monday). I really am doubling my effort, and honestly I am exercising the whole morning walking and low impact aerobic dancing. I feel weird going an extra mile yesterday and felt like I've visited the moon. I think it's the high of exercising too much. But I am cautioning myself to the possible dangers of over exercising. I just try slow movement exercises but I think I'm getting there to pre endurance level come third week of January 2013. So, just take it easy for me and hope for many happy emoticon poundage loss of the weeks to come. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Discipline is not a myth, but could be a reality,so do something about it, well, health wise that is.
It's real T O U G H L O V E for myself that I have too endure just to make me happy in this health journey towards bringing out my BEST !

My sciatica is not improving by trying to exercise. Therefore I will take myself out of the running for a prize but will be rooting for all of you to finish. I plan to stay in the challenge and pick it up when I am better, as it is a good one. Thanks and good luck

Day 8 - I decided this week I will do each video two times. Today I did the arm video twice and I did a abs workout I found on you tube. No cardio today I needed a break

Hope everyone had a successful week. Have a great weekend.

Just finished the seated ab work out ... proud of myself for sticking to the videos each day and also doing at least 40 minutes of additional cardio at the gym. I've also been tracking my nutrition and had a quick meeting with a friend (pharmacist) about supplements to replace some of the things I'm not getting enough of (calcium and B12). I feel great making these changes ... this "Jump Start" is just what I needed! Have a great day everyone!!!

Day 8 : Ramping up the exercise now by stepping it out every day instead of sitting a watching a motivational video. I have also been to the gym for a swim 4 times so far this week and 2 water aerobics classes, so I am getting moving more.

So far so good. I am motivated to stick to the workout routine, though I don't do the videos but go to gym 6 days a week - 30 to 40 mins of cardio and 15 mins of strength. This is my 3rd week since I started working out, some morning when I feel really lazy and don't wanna go to gym I tell my self I'll just walk for 20 mins and come back but once I start on the treadmill I end up doing my 35 min run routine anyway!!!!
Hope I'll stick to this exercising habit for the rest of my life!!!

Been feeling ill yesterday and while I did walk for 30 minutes - I watched but never did my Day 7 video. Felt somewhat better throughout the day but work and errands prevented me from doing video. Starting to feel bad again but logged in my food intake for the day and read everyone's comments from their 2nd week. That gave me the extra ooomph to go re-watch Day 7 video and do it. Plus I completed the Crunchless Abs workout video.

Still not feeling so great.... but do feel good that I did the videos! My abs are happy too! emoticon

Off to bed... have an early work day tomorrow.

Feeling good today but sore knees and hip. I went to the gym and did Kickin Core Ball - 60 minutes and then Zumba - 60 minutes. My HR monitor showed I burned 1457 calories! Is this even possible to burn in 2 hours time? So, I increased my calorie intake with lots of protein. I might do the yogilates for my bonus video tomorrow.

I am on day one and decided to do the 12 minute seated ab video as my bonus. I think I might change it to the 15 min ab video later this week though I don't feel it as much in my core as i did the 15 min. I just have trouble getting on my knees. Guess I will push through no one said it would be easy. emoticon

The bonus video I have chosen to do twice this week is the 20 minute fat blaster.
Now to do that and the daily challenge... which will count to my first day of cardio. Then I have my three gym sessions this week. Just need to think what I do for cardio the forth. I suppose with the fat blaster I just need to find another video, so will get searching on here again. Feeling really great that this is getting me motivated to keep up with my exercise. My eating has been pretty good also. Good luck with week 2 all :)

Work outs are great. I feel my muscles, in a good way.

Now, if only I could stop eating.

It's midweek of the 2nd week of January 2013. I couldn't be more proud emoticon achieving a 210 minute walk around the big mall here at Albany, NY. I've lost magically with hard work walking for the fun of it, and I am putting everything my mind sets itself towards the goal. I lost 5 lbs. emoticon more , so I currently weigh 180 lbs. from emoticon the 195 lbs. overweight poundage. So, much for achieving this weight loss of 15 lbs. in 2 weeks time. But caution is at bay, so I'm going to take it easy but still goo the extra mile/s. I believe. emoticon

Discipline is not a myth, but could be a reality,so do something about it, well, health wise that is.
It's real T O U G H L O V E for myself that I have too endure just to make me happy in this health journey towards bringing out my BEST !

I did! It was challenging for sure! I liked it though because it was something different.
