I did this challenged last year and there were definitely days that I could not fit it in. I would do 2 different days videos the following day if necessary. I think it's all OK as long as you get them in.

Do what you can, when you can! Find moments in the day where you can get in a few extra steps. Sometimes our schedules make it hard to get the workouts in, but keep persevering! You can be a success at weight loss and fitness.
