I think you are safe on the time requirements but from what I've read make sure you are substituting correctly. If the video for the day focuses on upper body strength training then work your upper body. Do a lower body ST workout on the corresponding day. They want you to get a balance of aerobics and strength training, not just aerobics. To me, the walking and the swimming are both aerobics even though the walking tones your legs and the swimming really works your arms and/or legs depending on strokes. But neither is an ST workout.

If you aren't already doing ST, definitely add it as it will help you burn calories and really change your figure. Even the 10 minutes a day will make a big difference.

Just my opinion, but isn't the point of joining the Challenge, to DO what is required in the challenge? Yes, I do other things, but for this purpose I do not count them.

I wonder the same thing: I am doing 2 Coach Nicole videos that I already picked for my program plus 20-40 min cardio. I am not doing the ones listed in this challenge though. Is this ok?

I personally think that would count. That is above and beyond what the challenge is asking (10 min video and 10-30 min of cardio)

Sooooo....I haven't done the videos every day, but I *have* been doing other things on those days.
Walked 9 miles on Sunday...swam for 2 hours last night.
Is it safe to assume that I can check that box for week 1??
