Thatis fantastic......keep up the great work. We all just need to take consistent, sometimes small, steps to reach our goals. My step-mom has lost 65 pounds over the last year and she and I just ran a fun run (5k) together on New Year's Day.....her first race ever and her first time ever completing a 5k without stopping.

You can do it!

Anything is certainly better than nothing! As part of my New Year's Goals, I'm not sleeping in until I'm forced to get up anymore, I'm getting up BEFORE my kids do so I can have some me time. This morning It was freezing ( like 30 degrees here in Cocoa Beach!!) so instead of cranking up the heaters, I put on my sneakers and ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill! Yay Me! :-) It definitely warmed me up, and makes me feel great about today! :-D

Ok, well I didn't kill it working out, but I am trying to create a good habit of working out daily and I am happy about that. :-)

I did the strength training exercise that showed up on my exercise tracker....is that right? Guess I am supposed to be doing a video instead or both? Well, either way, the strength training was good (a bit of a reminder at how LONG it has been since I worked out...but still good)!

Thanks everyone for the posts...you are all encouraging me to kick it up a notch when you post your workout/cardio.
