Also as an option, some of the videos have a printable version of the workout. I know that if you go into the 28day bootcamp all of those have printouts available. Not all of these do but you can do any you like. I prefer this option bc its written out to cover a total lower body strength team. Or upper. That way I don't have to try to make sure its covered. And its even not working just one muscle group. But we would all love you to stay. There are multiple ways to work it out. And we would love to have you on our team!

I can't watch the videos either but I have my own workouts that I do and just do an extra 10 minutes of them.

Instead of dropping out, why don't you just do your own 10-minute workout every day? You can find lots of exercises you can do for 10 minutes.

Just a thought.

I've tried for an hour to watch the 10 minute video for today, but my Internet is slow. I've tried to pause it to let the stream get ahead, but no luck. I just joined this group today, but it looks like I'll have to drop out. :(
