jeanut--i understand! i really appreciate nichole's continued reminder to "work through your own range of motion." as well as the modifications. i may be a whole lot stronger than i was 5 months ago, but i'm not "there" yet! keep on keepin' on! emoticon

hardest part for me today was when I had to get on my knees. I did a few but had to quit that part. I sometimes have bad pain when on my hands and knees.

I loved this video as it was the first one without modifications for me. Mind you I found it difficult to go forward without rounding my back as my gut was in the way but I went as far as I could. I was not tired out and I was able to get 30 minuted on the treadmill at the gym done.

Thanks, x-rays showed the padding in my knees are gone and it's rubbing bone on bone
so have to be very careful with them. Glad you can do some squats and lunges

emoticon job! I am like you with knee as well as hip issues. The squats and lunges I have to be careful with but as long as we are moving all is good. :)

I actually started today, I had completed 20 minutes of cardio earlier today (I have been attempting to Walk off the Pounds). Then I saw this challenge joined and completed Day 1 and Day 2 videos. I guess I need to complete another 10-15 minutes cardio sometime today.

Day 2 started with walking since I can't squat or lunge
didn't do too bad on the floor exercises, not very high but will get better as I do them
Got in 60 min of walking on my wii for cardio

Thanks everyone, I did great on getting the time in just have to keep it lower inpact.
I did 32 min of walking on my wii (twice), 10 yoga stretching, 30 min weights, and late this did the vidio again.
Breaking up the exercise into smaller parts helps me a lot.
Good thing I don't go back to work until Wed. LOL

Don't be discouraged by doing the modifications. I think that is great that she adds that. I did the 28 day boot camp challenge twice. The second time I did it the harder way. That was great as it was like doing boot camp part II.

I started ahead of time, and this is Day 5 for me. Today's Pilates workout was impossible for me to do as is yet. I modify everything if I need to; at least I'm moving and making the effort. I suspect that's true of a lot of us! Keep moving, Sparklers!

WAY TO GO JEANUT! Nice to see you are keeping with it even with the knee. I don't do much jarring workouts, I walk and when I started out I only did twenty minutes a day. I have worked up week by week to 60-90 minutes. Just keep it steady and you will do fine!

Did my fist workout today
think I did pretty good but had to make modifications, my knees keep me from having jarring impact or doing anything but very small lunges... but hey I'm moving and will keep going.
I'll do the workout again later today because it's only an 8 min one.
