My frist challenge in SparkPeolpe. Looking forward to it.

Since the start of my jurney (about year and half ago), I have lost 40 pounds, which I am very proad of. Now to reach my goal, I need to loose another 80-10 pound.
I swim every other day about a mile and do interval cardio 2-3 days aweek plus 2 days strenght training with a trainer. and I eat a very healty, low fat, high protein, low carb diet. Anything else I should do to achive my goal?

I am very committed to starting and finishing this new chanllenge. I can handle the breakdown of just 2 pounds a week instead of the 70 pounds total I need to lose. My blood pressure has gone up this last few months, so this is not only wieght loss, but life saving for me. Just a couple of high blood pressure events are enough for me, not fun at all. Jumping in with all my heart, health and happiness!!

This is also my first challenge her. I'm looking forward to seeing what I can really do. I don't mind exercising but I get bored easilly and that seems to be my downfall. I'm hoping that a plan will give me a goal to work toward. Here's to us reaching our goals and seeing results!!

@NORE1969, good idea taking the measurements before starting today. I also take periodic measurements in addition to weight since weight fluctuates.

This is all new to me! I am going to start today by measuring my fitness and taking body measurements.

Woke up late today, and I still feel the sting of the pain.
But I brushed my teeth anyway, got dressed through the mess and put a smile on my face.
I got a little bit stronger.

This is my second challenge. I did the 28 day boot camp last year just a summer began. I do think it helped me lose some weight during that time. It did give me a change of exercises and I didnt have to go looking. That seems to be a big help. I don't want to spend all my time doing exercises

Look forward to doing this and oh did I mention I would really love that iPad.

Started in August, never participated or dreamed of participating in a challenge - and I'm signed up too!

I try for 10000 steps a day - but the commitment to a 10 minute toning session a day sounds like a great idea.

I have been doing 10 minutes of exercise daily on my own. If I miss a day, I don't count it.

I need accountability. I have never used a workout video and this will be a learning experience for me.

I am so excited about starting a challenge! I haven't been a part of any challenge before. So I am thrilled to be a part of a system which will help me to be consistent about exercise for 4 weeks! Hopefully it will be a habit by then.
I look forward to losing some pounds but more importantly showing myself that I could work out just at home when going to the gym is not a possibility that day and missing out on exercise all together for that day.
Wow, a new year is here and a New Year brings with it new opportunities, new hope and certainly new beginnings...
