This is a blend of herbs I mix up in quantity and use in my shakes daily. I believe these herbs have not only helped me heal, but encourage my stamina and vitality.

The 'parts' are whatever you choose - an ounce, a teaspoon, a cup.

2 parts Eleuthero
2 parts astragalus
2 parts milk thistle
2 parts spirulina
1 part licorice root
1 part chlorella (broken cell wall)
1 part turmeric
1 part ashwaganda

I use 2-4 tablespoons per daily smoothie, but I've got a taste for this stuff. If you try it and aren't used to consuming herbs, start small - a teaspoon or tablespoon.
