Hi,

I kept it simple, way to simple, for the 4th I had cereal and skim milk for dinner, did some errands in the morning, groceries in the afternoon and went back home, for Saturday had salmon and salad, and for yesterday more veggie salad with tomatoes and a good workout.

Did you find healthy ways to stay on track for the Fourth of July Celebrations?

We had a healthy chicken kabob grill out with peanut sauce and gluten free home made pasta salad. Veggie and hummus appetizers. Strawberries (red), angel food (white) & blueberries for dessert. So other than the extra glass of wine--pretty decent! :)

How'd you fare???
