Question: my steel cut oatmeal nutritional label shows the serving size as 1/4 cup dry. I made a 1/2 cup and divided it into two servings, which obviously makes at least a cup. Is it the same nutritional value?? HOw do you track it?

Some meal plans say to eat either a 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup of oatmeal for breakfast. Cooked or Dry?? I always measured it out after it was prepared.
