I'm a little late on this one. I'm doing what I should on eating, maybe could do better on exercise. What's annoying is my weight going up when I'm doing the right things!

I'm staying up way too late at night to read...lack of sleep is definitely dangerous, as I think about eating something "for energy" during the day. Got to get to bed earlier and leave that iPad alone, ha-ha...

I'm eating the foods on my plan, but definitely overserving myself on the almonds and dark chocolate. I know that's why I'm just maintaining the last 2 weeks. I'm a bit gassed trying to increase my ST from 3 days a week to 5. Struggling a bit for sure right now...
