Oh wow, I am so impressed with all of you! I have no routine in place.

During the winter, I do a lot of walking and hiking with my dogs, nearly every day. During the summer, it's so hot here, we literally can't go outside and do anything for long, so we tend to get soft during that time of year. I keep thinking of joining a gym, but haven't.

I try to get in 15-30 minutes a day, more if I can. I think I average 3-4 hours a week, and all of it is cardio. Someday soon I plan to get back into ST.

I've been averaging 6-7 hrs ea wk. Of that @ 4 hrs is cardio & 2.5-3 hrs ST.

About 8 1/2 hours a week. 2 1/4 of that is cardio. The rest is lifting.

Ugh, I'm not very good about it.

For straight workouts, I max out around 3.5 hours (about 30m/day). I try to get more in on the weekends, and I often take a slow walk around the building I work in during the work day (the building is 1/4 mile, so maybe 1/2 mile in 25-30 minutes. Not really exercise so much as getting away from my desk :) )
