October 9th - 15th fitness challenge

October 9th
October 10th - Rode stationary bike for 25 minutes
October 11th - Walk/jogged in Goodyear Metro Park for 25 minutes
October 12th - Stationary Bike - 35 minutes
October 13th
October 14th - Walked 25 minutes
October 15th

October 9th - 15th fitness challenge

October 9th - Stop Drop & Roll 4-mile race (51 minutes)
October 10th - Elliptical 30 minutes, exercise bike 20 minutes, ST exercises 20 minutes
October 11th - 2.5 mile run (33 minutes), water aerobics/lap swim 45 minutes
October 12th - Rest day
October 13th - 2.85 mile run (36 minutes), water aerobics/lap swim 45 minutes
October 14th - 13 minute walk @ lunchtime - cut short by rain.
October 15th

Oct. 9- hiked 3 metro park trails (5.4 miles- one was gorge) I even jogged part of alder trail emoticon

Oct. 10- walked 3.5 miles of towpath (between towpath and memorial parkway + additional mile on Memorial Pkwy

Oct. 11- walked 7.6 miles between memorial, big bend,and portage path, some in seiberling, and then photos @ big bend (1 mile each way). emoticon

Oct. 12- 34 minutes treadmill, 10 min. strengh stuff

Oct. 13- Piney woods & Alder pond- 3.4 mile total = 61 min. (lucky the rain held off)
Oct. 14- I was a bum
Oct. 15- undetermined time / was helping son and his family move.

October 10th: did the treadmill for 30 minutes
October 11th:

October 15th: did two trails, total of just slightly over 4 miles

met three of seven days

Each week there will be a weekly challenge, focusing on either Nutrition, Wellness, Exercise or Motivation.

Last Week's Challenge: Please remember to post your challenge results on the thread for Weekly Challenge for October 2nd to October 8th, I will be giving out awards on Tuesday, Ocotber 11th.

This week's focus is FITNESS.

Try and incorporate a fitness activity each day.

Some ideas are: Exercise for 10 minutes each day, Do something active outdoors each day, Stretch for 5 minutes each day, Go for a walk each day, Do some yard work or gardening each day, Use a piece of fitness equipment each day, Take the stairs at every opportunity, and Walk the dog each day.
