That's how I'm looking at it Crazy! This has been a crazy day where plumber has been here all day so my whole system and process is all messed up. Don't know if I'll have a weigh-in for today as he's been here since 7:30am and the bathrooms were involved in his works. :(

You're progressing and that's what counts. Yoga takes time to learn and little by little you'll be able to do more be better @ it. Congrats!

I have lost another "1.40#" over the last two day (0.20# Sunday and 1.20# yesterday). Like wow man. Almost 1.5# lost in two days. I think I like this plan and it looks like it likes me back. Even though I was ready to pop from eating all the fruits and veggies yesterday and went to bed really early (8:30pm), I woke up feeling like a different person. Doing 20 minute workout every day lately and still trying to get that yoga in but just not up to the level I need to be at to do it and feel comfortable with it. But I'll keep trying. :)

To date, I've lost a total of 13.4#. Considering there was a holiday weekend and my wedding anniversary in that timeframe, that isn't too shabby. Have a new regimen that I'm on that should give me more fiber in my system which should help alleviate some health conditions. So we'll see!

Rats! Gained "0.06#". But if what I've learned and read have anything to do with it, I didn't eat enough calories ... even though my reports said I met my needed requirements. But most of the report showed me as being below my needed levels. I don't think I'll ever figure this out. I even worked out 2 full hours yesterday in the hopes that it would jumpstart me into losing some of this weight. I am so sick of seeing myself in the mirror this way, I could die! I guess I hit a plateau or something.

I think I'm just going to watch what I eat and still account for every morsel I put into my mouth and I'll also make sure I do some yoga every day as well as lessen my workouts to anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 minutes. I'm tired of trying to make it all work and having nothing work. This roller coaster ride I'm on is not doing me any good. Wish I could figure out what I have to do in order to see a steady drop in my weight instead of a bit up and a bit down. Still having good success but just not what I was hoping for. Guess I have to be a bit more patient with what my results are on a daily basis.

Let's face it. It took me years to put it on and get to this point and it will take me some time, some disciplined time, to take it off. But I will do it! Just anxious for the results. But I guess I still have to figure out what is good for me and what isn't. Everyone is different and that's what makes it so tough!
