You are right as well KOSHERHOTTIE, thanks,for call me on that for it take a Team to do this.

So I should have example this better.

If you are new to this than please you need to be starting slow you should be doing 1 set of fives upto ten 3x a week.

For other like myself you may choose to do 3 sets of ten or up to 3 sets of 15, because it's set at 3x a week it is always up to each of you.. What I add here is what work for me. Always work at your limits. I any member have workout.

The better I got at the move, the more I added to my routine by adding different things to my routine like - Triceps: Dumbbell Kickbacks - Overhead Dumbbell Press - Tricep Dips


So there are no right or wrong here come on by and help us down these pound with us. Add your workout here or what works for you . Let's Do This Together!!!

There's no reason to work your arms 3 x's a week, that's excessive and counterproductive. And if you're putting in 100% in each work out I don't see how you can without neglecting the rest of your body and eventually hurting yourself. Go hard once, maybe twice a week depending on your goals and move on.

Dumbbell Bicep Curl

Ill be more into lifting heavy! but a 5lb (or even a 3lb) weight will suffice for a beginner, and for someone whos simply trying to make use of what they have on hand? A water bottle works equally well. Give it a shot!

Hammer Bicep Curls

If you dont have dumbbells, get innovative grab a gallon jug, put grab a gallon jug, put a few cups of water in that bad boy and get to work!

Where do you begin? I started with three sets of ten, which means I would do ten of these moves at a time, three different times with maybe 30 seconds to a minute in-between. The better I got at the move, the more I added to my routine going from 3 sets of ten to 3 sets of 15, for example and Id add more water to my jug. If you are determined to do it, you can!
