I am trying to get all the genealogy stories out of my head and down on paper/the cloud. I have just posted a blog on my second Gr Grandmother Susan Keller story.

At the time I found this story, I was a foster mother debating adoption of a sibling group. They would come from 4 foster homes to be raised together in our home. This story gave me courage to pursue that plan....This story had been lost for 160 years.

I have greatly reduced my soda consumption this month. Because I had not taken water pills a few days, I could not get an accurate scale reading but will do so next week.

Eliminating carbonated drinks
Varying my exercise routine adding strength
