Change things up.

If your current plan no longer works than change up your plan. Even if you just change 1 thing, switch out one thing in your routine. If you've mainly been doing cardio then add replace one day with strength training or vice versa. If you normally have a diet coke everyday replace one can with water.

It's also good to reevaluate, look back at where you started and where you are, what worked and what didn't? Are you measuring your progress in different ways and not just weight? How about body measurements, how about your stamina and endurance? Are they better? Are you stronger? More flexible? Sleeping better? Any of those things are progress.

One way to shake things up is to do a short challenge. Check out sparks challenges some are 21 days or 30 days. Some relate to lifestyle, nutrition, exercise.

Another part of reevaluating is reminding yourself why you are trying to reach your goal, why is it important to you? Why did you pick your goal?
