I finished week 1 Yeah! Looking forward to starting week two today. Some of the video's were tough but I did them. It is hard to work all day and then come home and do a workout but this challenge is just the motivation I need to get me off the couch and moving towards a new me and a better tomorrow.

Woo hoo
Week one done not bad!
I hated having to remember which part I needed to strength train each day and this took the guessing out of it!
I have to say thought that since I walk everyday 3-5 miles adding this has made me exhausted.
I am out like a light by 10 -11 each night.
This weekend (which is usually my ladies night out) I had to decline. I was tired by 9.
It also seemed the first few days the scale was dropping a pound a day almost.
Then the end of the week went up 2 lbs.
I'll have to watch why that is could be hormones, eating late who knows?
Either way I'm happy I started this for sure!!
I am very motivated when I get on an organized excercise regime.
My doctor approves and wants to follow my progress. She even adapted my walking program as it suits her busy schedule too!

HI I've been a member for some years now and...nothing seems to work but I do it anyway. This week 470 minutes of workout 3750 cal burned. Lost 2 pounds but I had to add the different videos from one day to another in order to achieve this, Next week will be ...euh...interesting :-)

I was pretty happy to check off the 'completed week 1' too!
I had to really make time in my busy work/family life to get this time in, but am happy I did.
When I was single, no kids, the days/nights/weekends were mine to devote to anything I wanted to do. I am trying to find ways to incorporate my family into my active plans, and to keep on track and not skip it.
emoticon
I was all over the place with some of the videos, hoping with more practice and strength that I am not so wobbly and unsure in the next few weeks.
emoticon
Thank you Coach Nicole for all of the simplifications!

Looking forward to the next week!!!

Week one DONE! We did it! That butt video really 'kicked it' didn't it? I had to adjust some of the videos and now that I know which ones I can do at work and what I need to do at hope I'm looking forward to a great week ahead. I was able to get a lot of walking in this week, preparing for a half marathon. I've never committed to such a thing, have done 5Ks but nothing like this. I want to finish in less than 4 hours so, I'm walking as much as I can to prepare. Scheduling the time for a 3 - 4 hr walk is challenging through the week, but we did fit in 2 hours yesterday.
I'm ready for week 2....bring it on!

Even though I have been working out for 3 months on the Bowflex, I still felt these week one exercises ( especially waist and butt!). This must be why they say "Mixing it up" is so important! Glad I joined.

I quite agree, it was a lovely feeling ticking the box on week one yesterday, really feels like a worthwhile achievement. Some of my muscles can feel the work, but not bad, some of the workouts had the odd part I couldn't do the full range of movement for the full time, but I'm very new to SP, and really need to build up and tone my muscles, and already things are getting easier.

Looking forward to week 2

Hooray I finished week 1! I have tried these things before and never finished the month so I am determined to make it all the way through this one. I have not had a chance to get resistance bands yet so I had to use substitute videos those days but hopefully I will have one for next week. I also did my first 5K today: 42 minutes of walk/jogging.

I completed week one on may 7 and I am proud that i stuck with it. The hardest video was the crunch-less abs, I could barely do anything in it and it made me realize how bad I need to get into shape. I am glad that we get to do these same video for week 2 so i can try to improve. Good luck to everyone on week 2

Just finished week one... am proud that I stuck to it all week. Found out today ... that although I am struggling with the videos and feel like a fish out of water doing them...something is working because I am much more limber and was able to get on my knees today and get back up without help. Have had knee probs for about a year but must be strengthening the surrounding muscles..yipee. I am looking forward to week 2....no weight lost... but thats good too.. must be building muscle as my clothes fit better.
Good luck everyone keep up the good work... WE CAN DO THIS!!!! emoticon

Finished week 1 also! I'm so happy. I wasn't going to do this challenge since I had already started my own challenge to do the 30 Day Shred DVD for 30 days but am combining the 2. It's day 13 for the Shred!

Congrats to everyone who finished week 1. My butt is still sore from yesterday LOL!

Great job to all of us who have completed our first week. I thought I was the only one who found some of the videos challenging. So glad I'm not alone. The pilates video was definitely a workout for me. My abs were crying.
Looking forward to week 2. Wishing you all much success in the upcoming weeks.
