I did my day 4 yesterday but im just now getting around to checking into the boards. I did good with the bands until the end where you use it behind your back, I think I will use weights for that one if it repeats.

Completed day 4 last night! But I am definitely feeling it today! Of course my cardio (zumba class) ended up being a lot more strength in the legs...which already hurt from day 3! haha! Day 5 today, woot woot!

Day 4 I was running late today but by bedtime managed to get it all in. I did the 10 minute video and wow, I felt great! Very good arm workout!
I took my daughter Maggie in her stroller along with my dog Charlie and we went on a 2 mile walk. It was beautiful out!
Then when I finished up with homework with my 2 boys I jumped on the treadmill for 25 minutes so I would have my 3 miles completed.
Starting to see some results!

Had to miss the workout yesterday, so I made it up this morning. I really felt I was working out my arms. Now to get the Day 5 video done before the end of the day. Cardio is complete.

Done with day four, very sore from all my cardio lol :P I'm not too big into my arms, so todays video was just ok for me. I'm more about toning my butt and thighs, bring on day five lol ! Have lost two pounds though this week and its not even done yet, so very happy about that !!! This bootcamp challenge is becoming very worth my time :)

Not to sound pessimistic but I must say I didn't like the day 4 video workout...ONLY.. because my arms were so sore from doing my cardio routine two days ago! But I love this challenge, it's been the major motivator in my working out. Keep it up everyone!

I've even tracked food 3 days in a row now and the last two days I've stayed within my calorie limits. emoticon

I directly attribute that to the fact that when I tracked on Day 1 I realized what an absolute disaster my diet is.

Done with Day 4. This workout has been my favorite so far. :) I am really liking those resistance band workouts since they seem so versatile. I am also definitely feeling the effect of all the workouts done so far on my muscles, since they are pretty sore (in a good way).

Also did 30 minutes on the elliptical today, despite the soreness. To my (pleasant) surprise, it was even easier to do the elliptical this time around than on my previous attempts, so I'm happy about that.

Can't wait for Day 5. emoticon

Good evening all. I did twenty six minutes of cardio and toning. I also completed the water intake sixty four ounces. I have journal for the day and also tracked my fitness. I am expected to sit around tomorrow at my son's track meet. I guess I could get in a good walk by parking at the farthermost parking from the football field. Hope everyone has a good night.

Second day I couldn't do the video. At the hospital with my daughter. Then, busy taking care of my dad. I did get in 15 minutes of cardio, however, by walking at the hospital. Hopefully tomorrow will allow me enough time for me....

They call me ReRe.....

I am surprised that I am not too sore after all of this exercise. But I do need to step up my cardio. I really just have video's. I do have a tread mill, but I don't like it at all. I wish I had a bike. I will be walking on my lunch breaks the next two days, so I won't feel as quality for not doing some sort of cardio. Did clean house, wash the car and some yard work. Keep up the good work.

Great job everyone - I, too, managed to do the cardio and the video and my normal strength training...I did not, however, manage to do the laundry! emoticon And somehow I didn't eat enough, and I know that's not a good thing. Tomorrow I'll do better.

I don't know about y'all, but my abs are still sore from Day 2. I think that means I need to do it again! Have a great night, everybody!

Day 4 was great! The best part is that I just did arm work in yoga tonight so the video seemed easy after that. I did yoga and SP cardio video for my cardio today. I also ate more than usual today hoping to give my metabolism a little jump. I plan to go back to my normal 1300 cals tomorrow. One day won't kill me and what doesn't destroy me makes me stronger...right?! lol!

Just finished the day 4 video, My hip and back have been hurting so I haven't completed the cardio like I want to I am going to try a watp l-mile walk in the morning. The day four video was good except for the push ups. I did wallies as a substitute.

Just finished the Day 4 video. Working out is usually the last thing on my list and I can't believe I've made it through 4 days in a row. But I did, and that's what counts. I like that the videos are short enough so even if I leave them until the end of the day, I can still fit them in.

I don't think anyone likes to work out especially me. I also think that working out to a video is boring but on the other side you can complain to it and it won't yell back. I also struggle in getting all the water in by night time. Hope everyone has a great day.

I find strength training boring. I never liked working out with a video unless it was a dance video. Have to do alot of motivational talking in the morning to start video. Happy that the video is short or I could never convince myself to do them. My personal struggle right now.

Great job everyone!

I'm super excited to be doing this challenge and seeing that I am not the only one feeling that the only reason I'm going to even working out today is because of this challenge.

I have been running around like a headless chicken and am not motivated at all to do anything other than sit on the couch and read a book. However I just finished the Day 4 video and am going to do at least 15 minutes of cardio today before I go to sleep. That gives me about 5 hours to get it in.

Proud of myself for sticking to this bootcamp...but I do have to say it's difficult at times. I went to Curves and today was the day they were putting me on the "smart card". Boy oh boy do you work harder!!! Plus I ended up doing 1 hour workout instead of 30 minutes.

Came home, and didn't measure and ended up having 2 cups of Penne emoticon . At this point I will not worry about it (not much I can do after it's eaten).

Did the day 4 video this morning and just finished walking 4 miles. Feeling good. The 4 miles were hard today. I was just tired. I felt every muscle during my walk today. I had to make myself do the cardio today. Since it's done-I feel real good.

This week is going great so far! I did today's video twice because I have very little upper body strength and need to work on it. My fitness buddy and I did workout classes for two hours today!!! Go cardio! I was really tired when I got back from the gym but I remembered I had to do todays video. I was thinking about skipping it, but come on, it's less than ten minutes!!! Who can say no to that? So fast and easy!

Completed the short and sweet video for day 4 but I have been running all day and am having trouble getting motivated to do cardio. I have told myself I will not sleep without doing at least the minimum requirement. These challenges really are good for me!

Finished Day 4... had a little trouble with the push ups though. Also did my usual morning walk for 30 min and my wii fit challenge stuff, added some (150) crunches to the mix as well.
My body is a little sore but I feel really good that I am doing the videos and have extended my morning walk. emoticon

Just did the day 4 video. I know this is Bootcamp but I feel great! These workouts are so easy it is no big deal to squeeze them in everyday. It might be a bit early but I think I'll do this challange again next month too. I'm definetly worked out but not overworked. Thanks Coach!

Haven't done the video yet, but my morning class was canceled this morning. So I turned around and went home and went to my parents' house to take a 2.5 mile walk with my mom! So cardio's done. Tonight I'm going to do the Coach Nicole video (unsure if I wanna use bands or my weights - I've never tried to use bands before; I borrowed my mom's just in case) and then the 30 Day Shred (Day 6). Loving that this challenge has a video to do every day. I hope I see results at the end.

I just finished the day four video as well and loved it, so nice that it's really quick and I'm really feeling it right now. I don't have a resistance band so I used 3 pound weights and they worked really well. My biggest problem with bootcamp though is that my computer is in such a small room that I wasn't able to do the kickboxing video so I replaced it with my copy of the 10 minute solution kickboxing.

Have to say I like working out with resistance bands...learned how when I did Michael Thurman's 6WBMO several years ago. They are so versatile and you can pack and take them any where. I also have a set I keep in my office@work! WooHoo!

Just finished the Day 4 video... gonna do my cardio in a few!

It was hard for me, because upper body strength is where I REALLY lack, but I thought I did good... made it through, atleast!

Hi everyone!

I did the resistance band workout. If we repeat it, next time I'm going to use hand weights instead. I wasn't too wild about the resistance band. Also did one round of the cardio kickboxing. I did better with the punching thing. Rather than do jab, cross, hook, kick I thought "left, right, left, kick". I seemed to do better.

Anyway, I'm going to try to get a brisk walk in later, but not sure I'll make it. I have a meeting right after work and probably won't get home until 9:00. It may be raining by then.

I finished also the video and my 30min of cardio. I feel awesome! Keep up the great work team!

Same here! Walk the dog, then do the video. Day 4 felt good. I'm still a bit sore from Day 3. Good grief!

I just finished the Day 4 video as well. Love these short workouts in the am (I do them as soon as I finish walking the dog) since I know they won't take long it's easier not to let myself make excuses and put it off. So far so good, I haven't missed any of the videos! (Exercising everyday is my weak point)

I just finished today as well. I did the Kickboxing video (I insist on doing it well by the end of the month) and day 4 and I feel wonderful.
