So glad to be done with the second day (she says on day 3)...I did my regular cardio and then the regular strength training exercises and then the video...I thought my core was pretty strong but when it came to the last exercises (lifting both legs) I had to lie flat on my back to do it! I felt like a very uncoordinated beetle and was just cracking up the whole time...so I get points for attitude, right? ;)

My day two is finished also, thank goodness!! So 28 more to do?? Ok we can do this right? I am more then out of shape SERIOUSLY! Not even good.

Day 2 completed! I am having way to much fun with this! Did 2 miles for cardio and my regular M/W/F workout then did Day 2 Video. I am sore for sure but flying high! WooHoo! emoticon

Day 2 is done! For those that had trouble finding where to track it--if you scroll down to the bottom of the page with the video, it says "add this to my tracker"...also FYI it's in the Strength Training tracker, not the cardio :)

I just did day two video and it was as hard as the first one, but I did my best. I'm 68 years old so I think that even trying is a good thing for me. Also went to the gym, did 30 min. cardio and 20 min. strength.

I did day 1 again as I'm not able to do floor exercises because of my back...tomorrow looks good for me though.

Day 2 is done for me too, but Ooo Wee to how out of shape I am. I was out of breath at 18 mins. I'm going to still charge on through this, though. I proud that I kept going to 30 mins. emoticon

Cognrats! I just finished the Day 2 to the challenge too. I'm feeling great about it even though my body isn't lol emoticon Did anyone else have trouble finding the Day 2 Video in the fitness tracker? I can't find it emoticon

Congratulations....I know what you mean. I did that video a couple of weeks ago on my own and am not looking forward to a repeat. It found muscles that hadn't been used in quite some time...if ever! Way to go!!!
