I just finished the dday 2 video. I wish I had read the post for day 2 first. I can't do much on my hands and knees. I have to "talk" to myself to even get down on the floor. This was hard. Next time I'm going to go to a chair for the hands and knees segment. I preview the video the night before, I'm also going to check the posts for advice. Have a great day.

Whew did the ab routine. hard for me cos of no core muscles and bad knees/ back but did it as much as I could and now for day 3. well some cardio when I get home from work.

You can also trying doing them in a chair..lift your feet off the floor when she does and tap with one foot, but sit on the edge of the chair and lean back.
Sometimes we have to improvise, but try one of these..when she does the ones on her hands and knees, simply try standing in place and hold your belly in and do the same thing, just use the core muscles!

You can do this!

So far, all the videos I have watched give you "modified" versions of the exercises, and trust me, I do the modified versions.
Also, if you can't do the full exercise, do as much as you can. The trick is to just keep moving, and not give up!!!!

Hi, everyone. I completed the cardio workout today but am stumped at the toning video! emoticon
In fact I am absolutely terrified of it. I cant get up from the floor while doing floor abd crunches. and how will I do this video.Please help me. I am really in need.......
