Just a wild week! I did finish week one and started on week 2 yesterday. I'm quite busy at work but the bootcamp is helping me stay with my exercise goals.

Found the cardio easy enough to fill, but the videos I am finding harder to complete then the bootcamp challenge. Week two starts tomorrow.

4 Days into the Challenge...feel great and looking forward to Week 2. The discipline of doing something each day is great and though I can't report any weight loss (lost 4 lbs and gained 2 back :-( ) , I can definitely say I am feeling better.

Lol! She does kick butt, I agree singlemom. Well, I just finished day seven workouts and I'll be starting week 2 challenge tomorrow. Like I already said, I feel awesome. It's tough to do anything for a week, but so worth it. I'll be logging into the week 2 discussion boards tomorrow and look forward to hearing from others as they also come into week 2

Nicole really kicked my butt with this workout! I guess it didn't help (or maybe it did help) that I wore my ankle weights and my computer kept stopping to buffer the video. What should have been a 10 minute workout ended up being 20 minutes, but I made it through! Other than being all sweaty and stinky, I feel great! emoticon

This is my first time doing this challenge, and am hoping to develop consistency with exercising, not to mention trying to accomplish a goal I set. Have learned in just three short days how pathetically out of shape I am in, and am looking forward to the end of the four weeks when I will be able to master correct form and technique for all of the exercises on the video. I am persoanlly grateful that no one can see me do these, I can imagine what a sight it must be, but I am doing them! emoticon Good luck to everyone!

JENNBECK1126 I know emoticon . I started back in April and got through the first two weeks then had to have left foot surgery so had to take it easy. Just was told this week that I can resume my cardio and strength exercises. With it raining here the 35 day streak of being above 100 was broken So with that said I hope everyone has a wet day.

This is my 2nd run through (the first was back in the Spring). It was all I could do to complete this bootcamp the first time. Now my goal is to put the vids on repeat and do at least 30min cardio, 5 days/week.

As I will, so mote it be.

My goal is to get used to working out in some small way everyday. I think by having this team, maybe I will actually be able to do that. I hate working out, so I'm hoping this will keep me motivated.

Even though its more like late summer, I decided to join up with the Spring into Fitness challenge!! Through this site I've set the goal to lose 23 pounds by the new year :) I'm excited for this program to challenge me to get moving every day of the week! I usually make it to the gym 3 x a week but I haven't seen any consistent progress physically in my body. I just finished the first video today and I had fun with the different moves that I don't usually see in workouts.
Happy exercising everyone!!

I am officially re-starting the Bootcamp. Did the first 3 weeks before but had to quit due to a surgery. Now I am all healed and ready to go, but I think a re-start for my re-set program will do me a lot of good. Have a great week!

I just signed up for the boot camp. Better late the never. I already "try" to workout each day, but I have not structure, so I am looking forward to using the videos to whip this body into shape. Hubby and I went hiking over the 4th and I realized that losing weight needs to be backed up with exercise. My goal for week 1 is to see myself with more leg strengh and more overall stamina. Be back with more info next week. K

It has been really nice this week. The temperature has stayed in the low 80's, but next week it is climbing back up to the 90's, then 100's. I know I don't even go outside when it is that hot out!

W1D1 for me!

I already did the 10 min Cardio Kickbock video. I'm kind of disappointed cause it wasn't very challenging ...but I'll be doing an hour of ZUMBA this morning & I'm going to walk for 1 hour today. I'll also be doing a kettlebell workout 3 times a week on M-W-F. I just started w/the kettlebells ...& I really like 'em!

Alright......keep movin' all!
