My fitness goals for January will be process goals:

1) perform at least 60 minutes of aerobic activity every day ("m")
2) keep the sedentary percentage of my waking hours to less than 51% ("%")
3) log a minimum of 15,000 steps per day ("s")

m/d: m / % / s

1/01: 120 / 45% / 15,905
1/02: 70 / 42% / 17,696
1/03: 60 / 42% / 17,326

1) Stick to marathon training plan
2) Start to research and try out eating/nutrition plans for pre long runs.

Training for my first half begins on Saturday with a 6 mile run. Will ramp it up a mile each week, so I'm scheduled to set a distance PR on 1/24 with a 9 mile training run. Should easily exceed 60 miles for the month.
