Wow I am not keeping up on this board like I used to. Congrats to everyone else who posted! Here's my current stats:

SW: 275
LW: 233.4
CW: 230.4

Down 3. Good scale week, but I was sick and didn't eat very well. I am happy to report I have been consistently going to the gym after work. Nowhere near as much or as intense as I used to do, so my weight loss will be much slower but this is definitely something I can keep up....just have to find a way to keep the machines interesting.

Down 2.2. Yay the scale is finally moving in the right direction after restarting 2 weeks ago. Food cravings are finally starting to not be so crazy now that I am consistently eating breakfast and cooking everything myself. Still haven't gotten back into fitness, but working on it!

I've been mia for a while with moving and finding/starting a new job. But I'm getting back into action this week! Which nicely corresponds with the new year :) Unfortunately I'm up almost 15lbs from my lowest in Sept, but I'll get back there in time!

LW: don't know what I was last week (my lowest was in Sept at 221)
CW: 234.4

Haven't posted in a couple weeks, been on the road. Weight myself and now packed up my scale so that's it till October. I was up over 1 lbs before I left on my trip, but managed to maintain that without tracking and not exercising (except walking)....so I consider that a win. Anyways.....

+ 0.8. :( My second gain since I've started. This is disappointing, but I know not the end of the world. I just have to keep moving (literally). I have my last work shift tomorrow, and then a solid week to make use of my gym membership before I begin my travels (next Tuesday!). I think I might do a meal replacement shake plan for the rest of the week starting Wednesday (not practical for work on tues)...I know it's not sustainable in the long run, but I want to have a good week and get back on track and feel good before my trip.
