Even if it must be changed from time to time because life happens, routine is absolutely necessary.
I too have a routine especially since I've started working full time five years ago!

I've become that morning person everybody can't stand, LOL

It's that time of morning when you have your top of the game energy. Why wouldn't anyone want to be a morning person?

Monday - Friday I'm up at 5am to get in my exercises and toning From there it's getting my activity of daily living done before heading into a 10 hour work day.
Weekends I'm still up at 5am but only to look after the animals then I go back to bed for an hour or two. Once I'm up well...you all know what I can accomplish in a day.

TODAY Is MY tomorrow. It's up to ME to shape it, To TAKE CONTROL and seize EVERY opportunity. The POWER is in the choices I make EVERY day. I eat well, I live well I SHAPE ME!

THE EMPOWERED LIFE. EXPECT IT . BELIEVE IT. RECEIVE IT.
The human will is the most incredible thing. It's what keeps us going when everyone else expects us to quit.

THIS MEANS WAR AGAINST FAT:
I'm too positive to be doubtful, too optimistic to be fearful, and too determined to be defeated.

We're going to get realistic today.

We all know that completely simultaneously overhauling both diet and incorporating an exercise routine any time of the year has always proven to be a recipe for disaster. In avoiding this predictable "falling off the wagon syndrome" we are going to approach this realistically with a challenge not for temporary success but designed to help build healthy life style changes you can stick to for a life time.

Each of us is different, our lifestyles are different, our circumstances are different. So there is no patterning everyone the same and expecting them to succeed the same way.

Think about this. We get up in the morning. We have our routine. We do it without thinking. It's like we're on auto pilot, right? That's what I'm talking about. These changes we make for the betterment of our health now should also become automatically a part of our life's routine. So much so that we don't have to stop and willfully push ourselves to do it using willpower.

With that in mind...are you ready to get started?

Here's your challenge.

Knowing yourself, what makes you tick, starting today I want each of you to choose and commit to doing just one thing and incorporate it into your life's routine for the next 7 days, an entire week. Post it.

Your life depends on it! It really does! Because we know that if we chose not to make these changes and continue down the road we are now on our quality of life is effected, our health without a doubt will decline. If it helps, schedule it on your calendar as if it were a most crucial meeting with yourself. Then, check in on the Challenge Wall and tell us about it!

With the holidays now behind us I know you're ready to DO THIS! And so am I.

Today let's make sure that we have all the knowledge we need to maximize our efforts.

When foundations are set properly, we activate more muscles, gain better balance, avoid the pitfalls of strain and injury, and burn even more calories.

Basically, all the results we want will happen twice as fast when you take a moment to ensure you're doing things optimally.

I say 'optimally', because there is no such thing as doing a move or a life's path "right". There is only what works best for you, in the moment, with the body and choices and resources we have available.

So during this 21-Day adventure with me, I want us to begin by honoring our bodies, right where it is, right now. Take a few deep breaths and thank it for getting you this far, even with all its dents and imperfections. We all have them.

our scars don't make us unworthy. They make us human. From this moment forward we are ready to empower up; not despite the pain we've endured, but because of it! Let it fuel your fire to be your most incredible YOU, ever.

When you can love yourself for all you've learned and been through, release any punishment or negativity around your past behaviors or experiences, and come here with a clean slate, ready to continue your journey in a self-loving way, not a self-hating one, you are going to enjoy the process so much more.

And how you set your foundation will help you R O C K the transformation you seek even faster and more completely.

Today, listen to my thoughts on this, practice your daily workout, and look at any areas that seemed stuck in stone--things you may want to do another way in order to give you more freedom, love, health, and good energy in your life.

Write on this idea for a few minutes after you move--or, as I do, over a glass of wine or green tea. But honestly....it's usually wine.

Have fun!
