According to my Fit Bit I walked 5.25 miles today. I did do some walking outside but didn't separate out the numbers to get the time walked. I will do this differently tomorrow. I also did 12,314 steps (past the 10000 mark) and have changed my goal to 15,000. Hope I will be doing this soon consistently and move the goal up.

A lot of us may have our limits to our levels of physical activity but do what we can.
Each of us knows our limits but we also know how far we can push ourselves to over come those limits.
Some of us already have a routine established whether it's 30-60 minutes a day 2-3 days a week, 5-6 days a week or more.
It's all good.

If your new to the team and participating and just starting out 30 minutes a day is great! For our more seasoned members participating you can continue what you are doing or push yourself to new limits!

Whatever your deal is emoticon And to help with staying on track and staying accountable to our goals for our life and health's sake let's stay accountable to each other by posting both accomplishment or non-accomplishment either daily or weekly..on the days you exercise.

TODAY Is MY tomorrow. It's up to ME to shape it, To TAKE CONTROL and seize EVERY opportunity. The POWER is in the choices I make EVERY day. I eat well, I live well I SHAPE ME!

THE EMPOWERED LIFE. EXPECT IT . BELIEVE IT. RECEIVE IT.

This was my evening walk out to Coronation Memorial Park this evening.Takes me one full hour. Just got back had a nice hot relaxing shower and now I'm here with you'all

Completed my 7.5 mile morning walk to the cemetery and back today. This is both my Saturday and Sunday morning routines
