Did my walking for 20 minutes went to gym tonight and did the elliptical, ab machine and weights.
What did you do?!!!! Inquiring minds want to know!

Man oh man haven't been able to get here in awhile! Work work work has taken predominance! Time to catch up!

Today of course is my change up day but I still did a half hour on my recumbent bike this afternoon

Otherwise it's to the gym each evening for a half hour to an hour depending on how busy it is but most times the pieces of equipment I use are available. So I'm usually there and hour.

TODAY Is MY tomorrow. It's up to ME to shape it, To TAKE CONTROL and seize EVERY opportunity. The POWER is in the choices I make EVERY day. I eat well, I live well I SHAPE ME!

As many of you that are up for and capable Let's see just what we can accomplish in the way of Physical activity every day!
Whatever you are capable of Whether 5, 10 15 minutes or more on a daily basis be it morning BEST TIME, afternoon or early evening cardio or toning or both!

If anyone has any suggestions to challenge the other members post it! It will be the challenge of the day!

It can be anything from walking on the spot to 1 set of 15 reps of bicep curls.

My daily challenge for you all every day will be the walking on the spot for whatever duration you are capable of. But it can't be anything less than 5 minutes!
Anybody can add something to that every day to increase the challenge.
