Competition is what makes us better. It is what forces us to be the best that we can be. If I were running in a race and nobody was running next to me, what motivation would I have to run as fast as possible? On the other hand, with competitors, we are compelled to always put our best foot forward and be the best that we can be.

We are 27,975 members. If we really COMMITTED to up to a pound a week every week for the month of December Do you realize that would be 111.900 pounds lost this month!!!!!
What kind of record would that be!!!!!!!! Think about it 111,900 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG that is 55.95 tons of fat!

LET'S DO THIS I AM CHALLENGING THE ENTIRE TEAM TO LOSE UP TO A POUND A WEEK EVERY WEEK FOR THE LAST MONTH OF 2011!
