I see your comment to swap the rasins for currants....I have been having sultanas as I didn't have any currants....

Yes it works very well Before I was eating my beans but only cooked Now that I'm eating raw as well it doesn't taste all that well with fruit in it other than blueberries which I tried this afternoon.
But for my fruit today I cut up pears and peaches added unsweetened coconut, currents, 1 tsp of walnuts and sprinkled it with cinnamon.
I' have the other half of my salad for dinner with a serving of broccoli

Dianne, change the raisins to currents and it's fine.

Well I've made a couple of changes I've separated my fruit and vegetable salads because now I hadded my 1 cup of mixed beans to the vegetable portion

My breakfasts are the same as when I started this.....loving them....am so so enjoying breakfast....

Lunch the last couple of days has been a large salad with tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, carrot, mixed seeds, almond slivers & balsamic and 1/2 cup black beans....

Dinner last night was the same as lunch.....

Dinner has usually been salad stirfry veg and black beans.....

Today kinda didn't stick to things totally....

Had some crackers and a glass of wine at an afternoon I had here.....
All good though....I really enjoyed what i had and will be right back on track tomorrow looking for the losses to continue.....
Am already down considerably this week so looking forward to weighing in on Monday....the official weigh in that is.....lol

Had chick peas, mixed beans, salad and veg for lunch and am having baked potato and salad for dinner...may add some black beans as well....

OMG! THIS GREEN PEAR SALAD IS SCRUMPTIOUS! I WAS BASICALLY DOING THE SAME THING ONLY WITH PEACHES ALL I HAD TO DO IS SWAP OUT THE FRUIT!

MY DINNER SALAD IS MIXED AND IN THE FRIDGE AND I HAVE THE CHEESY KALE SOUP SIMMERING ON THE STOVE.

Started it all over again today.

Competition is what makes us better. It is what forces us to be the best that we can be. If I were running in a race and nobody was running next to me, what motivation would I have to run as fast as possible? On the other hand, with competitors, we are compelled to always put our best foot forward and be the best that we can be.

So for the following week, the next 7 days from September 26 - October 3 let's honor the spirit of friendly competition and see which of us can totally stay on track without the slightest slip.

On the 7th day I want every one that participated to come in and share with everyone the reward they feel afterward.
