Okay, so I didn't do so hot on logging in my food for February, especially after starting a new job. But working, has helped me sleep a little better, which will only improve as I get resettled into working night shift.

My goal for this month is to treat my weekends like my week and don't lose my mind. When I go out on the weekend continue to eat healthy like I do during the week.

Having my teeth pulled this morning, so Edentureless diet for apx 5 weeks. I've stocked up on Progresso Light soups to take to work with me.

I had thought about making my goal for this month to be exchanging my colas for water, but I have decided to keep the caffiene for now. I have decided that for this month, I am going to log my food intake, hopefully on a daily basis. I also plan on continuing work on my sleeping 6-8 hours/24hrs.

I look forward to hearing about your steps and goals to building a healthier life. I would love to support you in your effort.
